Each year as part of our mission to extend the reach of markets to underserved populations, we convene an intimate, invitation-only event that brings together leading policy-makers, business leaders, and development experts to share best practices, cutting-edge research, and innovative product and technology solutions.
This year's meeting will continue our focus on financial empowerment of underserved markets and will highlight three major themes: the impact of the global economic crisis on underserved financial markets; regulatory imperitives to improve global provision of financial services; and emerging technologies that will create immediate opportunities for this market.
The meeting will take place at Harvard University and begins with a Welcome Dinner and Reception on Wednesday, September 16th followed by an all-day agenda on Thursday, September 17.
